Conventional Contracting

As Conventional Contractors, we exclusively take up construction activities as an area of focus, while the client can offer MEP contracts to their preferred service providers. In this model, we facilitate coordination among various package contractors with our own scope of work and provide on-site facilities to them for smooth execution of the project.

General Contracting

As General Contractors, we tackle not only the project construction phase but also MEP and finishing phases. We take single point responsibility for all service providers and allow specialized work packages at our discretion, with our own internal divisions and associated businesses. Everything from basic engineering, execution, construction, civil engineering, external facades, finishes, MEP to IT setups are managed and delivered by us.

Design & Build

We have a specialized Design & Build unit set up to meet the increasing demand for end-to-end delivery systems requiring stringent quality, cost and schedule adherence. For a client choosing to work with our D&B model, all our services - from civil, structural, MEP, to facades and glazing work in tandem with design. It is a collaborative effort to deliver complex projects in a globally standardized manner.

Operations & Maintenance

Anjali Infratech provides effective O&M and Facility Management services for the up keep of buildings, plants and machinery post-completion of our contracts. We handle Technical Operations and Maintenance, General Building Maintenance, Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation Systems (BAS), Central Plant Operations and long-term services.
